Combines

Combines are scheduled at locations that have lacrosse fields and staff, that will evaluate and enhance your skills to play the game at your highest level.

Players will be tested and verified in the following combine tests:

Height/Weight/Wingspan (Size)
Vertical jump (Explosiveness)
40 yard dash (Speed)
10 yard split (Acceleration)
Shuttle run (Agility)
Powerball toss (Strength)
Shot Speed

It is crucial for lacrosse players to be fast, fit and strong. When you combine those three attributes with  However, players must also have quick feet. Lacrosse players should never settle when it comes to their speed. There is always room to improve. You can always work on your quickness.

The most important skill to becoming an offensive threat in  lacrosse  is stick work. Mastering control of the ball and stick with each hand is essential to becoming a complete player.  Building confidence in your ability to stickhandle will trickle down to nearly every aspect of your offensive game. Your ability to cradle, switch hands and deliver accurate passes with either hand will make you an unstoppable offensive force.  Stick handling will also help you to play better defense.  If you know how to use your stick offensively, you will be able to defend with the knowledge of the tendencies an offensive player uses to score and pass.
